Merge onto Route 1 South, following signs for I-95 South. After about 2 miles, take the exit for Route 1 South towards Dover. Continue on Route 1 for approximately 5 miles, then take the exit for Route 52 towards Chadds Ford. Merge onto Route 52 and continue for about 1 mile. Turn left onto Creek Road, and the Sanderson Museum will be on your right at 1755 Creek Rd, Chadds Ford, PA 19317.

While public transportation options are limited in this area, you can take a bus from Wilmington to Chadds Ford. Start by taking the DART First State bus (Route 301) from the nearest DART station. Ride the bus to the stop at Route 1 and Route 202. From there, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to reach the Sanderson Museum at 1755 Creek Rd, Chadds Ford, PA 19317, which is approximately 5 miles away.
