From Hershey, walk to the nearest bus stop on Chocolate Avenue. Catch the Capital Area Transit (CAT) bus route 7 toward Harrisburg. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Disembark at the 'State Capitol' stop. From there, it's a short walk to the Capitol Fountain, located at Harrisburg, PA 17125. Head southeast on N 3rd St toward State St, then turn left onto State St. Continue straight until you reach the fountain at the state capitol complex.

The ride should take about 40 minutes.
