Start from the Hersheypark area. Head south on Hersheypark Drive until you reach the intersection with E Chocolate Ave. Turn right onto E Chocolate Ave and continue straight until you reach the intersection with S Linden Rd. Turn left onto S Linden Rd and continue until you reach the intersection with E Derry Rd. Turn right onto E Derry Rd and continue until you reach the intersection with US-422. Take the bus or walk to the Harrisburg Train Station (approximately 30 minutes). Once at the train station, take a train to Lancaster, PA. From the Lancaster train station, you can take a local bus or a taxi to reach The Demuth Museum at 120 E King St, Lancaster, PA 17602.

From the Hersheypark area, walk to the nearest Derry Township public bus stop. Take the Derry Township Bus (Route 3) towards Harrisburg. This will take you to the Harrisburg Transporation Center. From there, transfer to a bus that heads to Lancaster, such as the Red Rose Transit Authority. Get off at the Lancaster City stop. From there, it's a short walk to The Demuth Museum.
