Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at the intersection of Route 743 and Hersheypark Drive. From this stop, it is about a 20-minute walk to America's Transportation Experience / AACA Museum. Head south on Hersheypark Drive, then turn left onto Museum Drive. The museum will be on your right at 161 Museum Dr, Hershey, PA 17033.
