Walking
If you are starting from downtown Lancaster, begin at Penn Square, the central hub of the city. Head east on East King Street for about four blocks until you reach the intersection with North Lime Street. Turn left onto North Lime Street and continue walking straight. After about half a mile, North Lime Street will merge into New Holland Avenue. Continue on New Holland Avenue for about a quarter of a mile, and you will see the Lancaster Science Factory on your left at 454 New Holland Ave. The total walking distance is approximately 1 mile, and it should take around 20-25 minutes.

From downtown Lancaster, head to the nearest bus stop on East King Street. You can take the Red Rose Transit Authority bus number 2, which travels towards the New Holland Avenue area. Board the bus and stay on for about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Get off at the stop closest to New Holland Avenue (check the bus schedule for the exact stop). Once you get off the bus, walk a short distance down New Holland Avenue; the Lancaster Science Factory will be on your right at 454 New Holland Ave. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time for accurate timings.
