From downtown Lancaster, take the Red Rose Transit bus route 1 towards the Lancaster Airport. Get off at the Kissel Hill Road stop. Once you exit the bus, walk east on Kissel Hill Road for about 0.3 miles. The Landis Valley Village & Farm Museum will be on your right at 2451 Kissel Hill Road.

From downtown Lancaster, head east on King Street until you reach the intersection with Queen Street. Turn left onto Queen Street and continue until you reach the intersection with Kissel Hill Road. Turn right onto Kissel Hill Road. Continue cycling for about 1.5 miles, and the Landis Valley Village & Farm Museum will be on your left at 2451 Kissel Hill Road.

If you prefer walking, start from the Lancaster Central Market. Head northeast on N. Market St. towards E. King St. Continue straight onto E. King St. until you reach the intersection with S. Queen St. Turn left onto S. Queen St. and walk until you reach Kissel Hill Road. Turn right onto Kissel Hill Road and walk for approximately 1.5 miles.
