If you're driving from the center of Allentown, head northeast on US-22 E. Merge onto I-78 E toward New York. Continue on I-78 E for about 10 miles, then take exit 29 for PA-412 N toward Hellertown. Follow PA-412 N for approximately 12 miles until you reach the intersection with PA-611 N. Turn left onto PA-611 N and continue for about 7 miles. Turn right onto Ringing Rocks Rd, and after about 1 mile, you will arrive at Ringing Rocks County Park located at Ringing Rocks Rd, Upper Black Eddy, PA 18972. Parking is available at the park entrance, and there may be a small fee for parking on busy days.
