If you're driving from Allentown, take US-22 E to PA-145 N. Continue on PA-145 N until you reach the intersection with Orchard Rd. Turn left onto Orchard Rd. Continue for about 2 miles, and Trexler Nature Preserve will be on your right at 4935 Orchard Rd, Schnecksville, PA 18078. Parking is available on-site.

From Bethlehem, take PA-378 N to I-78 W. Merge onto US-22 W and follow the same directions as above from Allentown. Trexler Nature Preserve is approximately 12 miles from Bethlehem.

Take the LANTA bus routes that service the Lehigh Valley area. You may need to transfer to Route 322 towards Schnecksville. The closest bus stop to Trexler Nature Preserve is at the intersection of PA-145 and Orchard Rd. From there, it’s about a 1-mile walk to the preserve entrance. Be sure to check the LANTA website for current schedules and fares.
