If you are driving, the Anthony Wayne House is located at 2049 Waynesborough Rd, Paoli, PA 19301. From any location in Main Line, enter the nearest main road that connects to US-30 or PA-252. If coming from the west, take US-30 East. If coming from the east, take US-30 West. Follow the signs for Paoli. Once you reach Paoli, exit onto PA-252 North (Darby Paoli Rd) and continue for about 1 mile. Turn left onto Waynesborough Rd. The Anthony Wayne House will be on your left. There is free parking available on-site.

To reach the Anthony Wayne House via public transportation, take the SEPTA Regional Rail Line to the Paoli station. You can catch the train from various stations on the Main Line, such as Ardmore or Bryn Mawr. Once you arrive at the Paoli station, exit the station and head southwest on E. Central Ave toward Darby Paoli Rd. After about 0.3 miles, turn left onto Darby Paoli Rd and continue for about 0.7 miles. Then, turn left onto Waynesborough Rd. The Anthony Wayne House will be on your left. Note that you may need to arrange for a rideshare service or check local bus schedules for the last leg of your journey, as public transport may not go directly to the house.
