From Main Line, take the PA-476 N (Blue Route) towards I-76 W. Merge onto I-76 W and continue for about 20 miles. Take exit 286 for PA-222 N toward Ephrata/Lancaster. Continue on PA-222 N for approximately 12 miles. Take the exit toward Ephrata and merge onto US-322 W. Continue on US-322 W, which will become W Main St. Ephrata Cloister will be on your left at 632 W Main St, Ephrata, PA 17522. Parking is available on site.

Start by taking the SEPTA Regional Rail from any station in Main Line to the Paoli Train Station. From Paoli, transfer to the Amtrak train heading towards Harrisburg. Get off at the Ephrata Station. From Ephrata Station, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service (like Uber or Lyft) to reach Ephrata Cloister at 632 W Main St, Ephrata, PA 17522. The taxi fare will vary, so be prepared for approximately $10-15.
