Car
If you are driving from Scranton, take I-81 S for approximately 60 miles. Merge onto I-83 S toward Harrisburg. Continue on I-83 S for about 10 miles, then take exit 48B to merge onto US-322 W. Follow US-322 W for about 12 miles, then take the exit toward Hershey. Merge onto Hersheypark Drive, and follow the signs to the park entrance at 100 Hersheypark Dr, Hershey, PA 17033. Parking fees may apply, typically around $15 for a day.
Public Transportation
From Wilkes-Barre, take the Luzerne County Transportation Authority bus to the Scranton Transit Center (approx. 30 minutes). From Scranton, board the Greyhound bus to Harrisburg (approx. 1 hour and 30 minutes). Once in Harrisburg, transfer to the Capital Area Transit (CAT) bus route that goes to Hershey. The final stop will be near the entrance of Hersheypark. Ensure to check the bus schedules as they may vary, and keep in mind that fare costs will apply for each leg of the journey.
