From Ohiopyle State Park, take PA-381 N (Main St) and head northeast towards the intersection with US-40. Turn left onto US-40 W. Continue for about 10 miles until you see the sign for Kentuck Knob. Turn right onto Kentuck Rd, and follow the road until you reach the entrance at 723 Kentuck Rd, Dunbar, PA 15431. Please note that there is a parking fee of $10.

Currently, there are no direct public transportation options from Ohiopyle State Park to Kentuck Knob. However, you can take a local bus from Ohiopyle to Uniontown. Once in Uniontown, you will need to use a rideshare service or a taxi to reach Kentuck Knob. The approximate distance from Uniontown to Kentuck Knob is about 12 miles. Please check local bus schedules for updated routes and fares.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can bike from Ohiopyle State Park to Kentuck Knob. Start on PA-381 N and follow the same route as cars.
