To reach Chinatown from anywhere in Philadelphia using public transit, first locate the nearest SEPTA subway station. If you are near City Hall, take the Broad Street Line (Orange Line) southbound towards NRG Station. Get off at the 8th Street station. From there, transfer to the Market-Frankford Line (Blue Line) at 8th Street and take it eastbound towards Frankford Transportation Center. Get off at the 2nd Street station. Exit the station and walk south on 2nd Street for about 5 minutes. You will arrive in Chinatown, where you can explore various shops, restaurants, and attractions.
