Find the nearest SEPTA bus stop and take Bus 17 or Bus 42 heading towards Center City. Get off at the 6th and Market Streets stop. From there, walk one block east on Market Street for about 5 minutes, and the Independence Visitor Center will be on your right at 599 Market St.
