Getting There

Bus

If you are near Center City, you can take the SEPTA bus route 21. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop heading west. The bus will take you directly to 33rd Street & South Street. Once you get off, walk one block east on South Street, and the Penn Museum will be on your right at 3260 South St.
Subway

From Center City, take the Market-Frankford Line (Blue Line) at any of the downtown stations. Get off at 69th Street Terminal. Transfer to the 34 Trolley, heading west. After about 6 stops, get off at the stop for 33rd Street & South Street. From there, walk one block east on South Street to reach the Penn Museum.
Walking

If you are near the University of Pennsylvania campus, you can walk to the Penn Museum. Starting from the corner of 34th Street and Walnut Street, head south on 34th Street until you reach South Street. Turn left and walk east on South Street for about 5 minutes. The museum will be on your right at 3260 South St.
Bike

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike using the Indego bike-sharing program. The closest Indego station can be found in the vicinity of 30th Street Station. Once you have a bike, head west on JFK Boulevard, then take a left onto 30th Street. Continue south until you reach South Street, then turn left. The Penn Museum will be on your right after a few blocks.
