After a short walk, you’ll encounter the bus stop for the '49' bus at the corner of Jane Street and South 18th Street. Board the bus heading towards 'Hill District'.

Take the '49' bus from the stop at Jane Street and South 18th Street. Stay on the bus for about 10-15 minutes. You will need to get off at the stop closest to the intersection of Bedford Avenue and Centre Avenue. From there, walk approximately 5-7 minutes north on Bedford Avenue. The August Wilson House is located at 1727 Bedford Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15219. Look for a historical landmark building.
