If you are starting from the Reading Public Museum located at 500 Museum Rd, Reading, PA 19611, exit the museum and head south on Museum Rd towards Park Rd. Continue straight onto Park Rd, then turn left onto N 5th St. Walk straight for about 1.3 miles until you reach Washington St. Turn right onto Washington St, and you will find Reading Historic Preservation at 815 Washington St on your left.

From the Reading Intermodal Transportation Center (RITC) at 8th Ave and Franklin St, walk to the bus stop at the RITC. Take the BARTA bus route 1 (North 5th Street) towards the North Reading Terminal. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at the stop at 5th St and Washington St. From there, walk south on Washington St for about 2 blocks, and you will arrive at Reading Historic Preservation located at 815 Washington St.
