Walking
If you're starting from the Scranton Cultural Center at 420 N Washington Ave, exit the center and head south on Washington Ave towards Lackawanna Ave. Turn left onto Lackawanna Ave and continue for about 0.5 miles. The Welcome to Scranton Sign is located on the second floor of The Marketplace at Steamtown, which will be on your right at 300 Lackawanna Ave. Use the escalator or elevator to reach the second floor.
Walking
From the Steamtown National Historic Site at 350 Cliff St, head northwest on Cliff St towards Lackawanna Ave. Turn right onto Lackawanna Ave and walk about 0.2 miles. The Marketplace at Steamtown will be on your left at 300 Lackawanna Ave. Take the escalator or elevator to the second floor to find the Welcome to Scranton Sign.
Public Transit (Bus)
If you are near the Lackawanna County Courthouse, take the 'Lackawanna Transit' bus line that stops near the courthouse. Ask the driver to let you know when you reach the Marketplace at Steamtown. Once you arrive, head to the second floor of the Marketplace to see the Welcome to Scranton Sign.
