If you are driving, start by getting onto I-76 W from your current location in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Follow signs for I-76 W toward Philadelphia. Continue on I-76 W for approximately 10 miles. Take exit 346B for I-676 E toward Camden. Merge onto I-676 E and continue for about 1 mile. Take exit 1A toward 8th St/Central Philadelphia. Continue onto N 8th St and then turn left onto Race St. Follow Race St until you reach the Schuylkill River. Turn left on the Schuylkill River Drive, which will lead you directly to Boathouse Row, located at 1 Boathouse Row, Philadelphia, PA 19130. There is limited street parking available, and parking meters may apply.
Public Transportation - SEPTA
If you're using public transportation, head to the nearest SEPTA train station. Take the Regional Rail Line (such as the Paoli/Thorndale Line or the Media/Elwyn Line) to Suburban Station in Center City Philadelphia. From Suburban Station, exit the station and head to the Market-Frankford Line subway station. Take the subway towards 69th Street Terminal. Get off at the 15th St. Station. From there, transfer to the bus route 38 or 40, which will take you along the Schuylkill River. Get off at the stop nearest to the Schuylkill River Drive. Walk along the river until you reach Boathouse Row at 1 Boathouse Row, Philadelphia, PA 19130. Ensure you check the SEPTA website for current schedules and potential fare costs.
Bicycle
