Car
If you're driving from anywhere in Southeastern Pennsylvania, start by getting on I-76 W (Schuylkill Expressway). Follow I-76 W and take exit 344B toward US-30 W/Market St. Continue on Market St, then turn left onto 15th St. After a few blocks, take a right onto Chestnut St. The Land Title Building will be on your right at 1400 Chestnut St, Philadelphia, PA 19102. There are parking garages nearby, such as the Parkway Corp garage on 15th St, which may charge around $20 for a few hours.
Public Transportation - SEPTA
To reach the Land Title Building via public transportation, take a SEPTA train to Suburban Station if you're coming from outside Philadelphia. From Suburban Station, follow the signs to exit onto 15th St. Walk north on 15th St until you reach Chestnut St, then turn left. The Land Title Building will be on your right at 1400 Chestnut St. A one-way fare on the SEPTA train costs $2.50.
Public Transportation - Bus
If you're using the bus, check the SEPTA bus routes that stop in the Rittenhouse Square area.
