Continue on Salt Springs Road for about 1.5 miles, and you will see the entrance to Salt Springs State Park on your right. Parking is available at the park entrance, and it is free of charge.

For those using public transportation, the nearest bus service is from Scranton, PA. Take the bus towards Montrose and disembark at the Montrose Bus Station. From there, you can either take a taxi or use a rideshare service to reach Salt Springs State Park, which is about a 15-minute drive away. If you prefer to cycle, you can bike from Montrose. Follow Route 706 west out of Montrose, then turn left onto Salt Springs Road. Walking to Salt Springs State Park from Montrose is not recommended due to the distance of approximately 6.5 miles along busy roads.
