If you are driving from anywhere in the Upper Delaware Valley, head towards the nearest major road. From the town of Narrowsburg, NY, take NY-97 S for approximately 21 miles. Cross the Delaware River via the Roebling Bridge to reach NJ-29 S. Continue on NJ-29 S for about 10 miles until you reach Phillipsburg. Once in Phillipsburg, turn left onto Elizabeth Street. The Delaware River Railroad Excursions will be on your right at 99 Elizabeth St, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865. Parking is available on-site, but please check local regulations for any fees.

For those using public transportation, start by taking a bus from your location in the Upper Delaware Valley to the nearest train station that serves New Jersey Transit. For example, if you are in Honesdale, PA, take the Short Line Bus to Port Jervis, NY. From Port Jervis, take the NJ Transit train towards Hoboken, NJ. At the Phillipsburg station, exit and walk approximately 0.5 miles west on NJ-122 until you reach the intersection with Elizabeth Street. Turn right onto Elizabeth Street, and you will find the Delaware River Railroad Excursions at 99 Elizabeth St, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865.
