To reach the Universal Sphere using public transportation, take a bus from Upper Delaware Valley to the nearest train station, such as in Matamoras. From there, take the NJ Transit train to Philadelphia's 30th Street Station. Once you arrive at 30th Street Station, transfer to the SEPTA Regional Rail Line (the Airport Line) and get off at Suburban Station. From Suburban Station, it's about a 5-minute walk to the Universal Sphere. Head northeast on Market St towards 18th St, turn left onto 18th St, and then turn right onto Arch St. The Universal Sphere will be at 1800 Arch St.
