Car
If you're driving from the Upper Delaware Valley area, start by heading south on Route 97 towards Port Jervis. Merge onto I-84 E and continue for about 15 miles. Take exit 1 for I-95 S toward Philadelphia. After approximately 50 miles, take exit 7B for DE-202 N toward Concord Pike. Continue on DE-202 N for about 8 miles. Take a right onto Lookout Dr. Rockford Tower will be on your left. Note: Parking is available nearby.
Public Transportation
For those relying on public transportation, take a bus from the Upper Delaware Valley to Wilmington, DE. You can catch a Greyhound or local transit bus to Wilmington's main bus station. From there, use the DART First State bus service (Route 1) towards Christiana Mall and disembark at the stop closest to Lookout Dr. Walk approximately 0.5 miles up Lookout Dr to reach Rockford Tower. Check DART schedules as they may vary.
Bicycle
If you're cycling, start on the scenic Delaware River Trail heading south, which merges into local roads leading towards Wilmington. Follow local bike paths that will connect you to Lookout Dr. This route is approximately 20 miles and offers beautiful views of the river. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow local cycling regulations.
