Car
If you're driving from the Upper Delaware Valley area, start by heading south on Route 97 towards Port Jervis. Merge onto I-84 E and continue for about 15 miles. Take exit 1 for I-95 S toward Philadelphia. After approximately 50 miles, take exit 7B for DE-202 N toward Concord Pike. Continue on DE-202 N for about 8 miles. Take a right onto Lookout Dr. Rockford Tower will be on your left. Note: Parking is available nearby.

From there, use the DART First State bus service (Route 1) towards Christiana Mall and disembark at the stop closest to Lookout Dr. Walk approximately 0.5 miles up Lookout Dr to reach Rockford Tower.
