Car
If you are traveling by car from anywhere in Western Pennsylvania, take I-76 E (Pennsylvania Turnpike) towards Harrisburg. After approximately 90 miles, take exit 247 for I-283 N towards Harrisburg. Continue for about 6 miles, then merge onto I-83 N. After about 8 miles, take exit 32 for US-322 W toward Hershey. Follow US-322 W for 12 miles, and then take the exit toward Hersheypark Drive. Follow the signs to Hersheypark located at 100 Hersheypark Dr, Hershey, PA 17033. Be aware there is a toll on the Pennsylvania Turnpike, which can range from $5 to $10 depending on your entry point.
Public Transportation
If you prefer to use public transportation, you can take a Greyhound bus from Pittsburgh to Harrisburg. The trip takes about 4 hours. From the Harrisburg bus station, you’ll need to take a local bus (Capital Area Transit) Route 7 towards Hershey. The bus fare is approximately $2.50. Get off at the stop closest to Hersheypark, which is about a 10-minute walk to the entrance at 100 Hersheypark Dr, Hershey, PA 17033.
Ride-Sharing Services
Another option is to use ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft. Simply request a ride to 100 Hersheypark Dr, Hershey, PA 17033 from your current location in Western Pennsylvania. Pricing will vary based on your exact starting point, but expect fares to be higher during peak times or from longer distances.
