If you are driving, start from the main city center of Chachapoyas in Amazonas. Head south on the PE-3N highway towards the city of Abancay. After approximately 3 hours, you will reach the junction where you take the PE-3S towards Cusco. Continue on this road for about 5 hours. As you approach the city of Cusco, follow signs for 'Saqsaywaman'. The archaeological site is located just a few kilometers from the city center, and there is parking available nearby. Note that there might be a small fee for parking.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from Chachapoyas to Cusco. The journey will take around 10-12 hours, so plan accordingly.
