If you are in the central area of Ayacucho, start at Plaza de Armas. Head southeast on Avenida 28 de Julio. Continue for about 10 minutes until you reach number 262 on the left side of the road. The Arco del Triunfó is located at this address, and it will be visible as you approach.

From Plaza de Armas, you can take a local minibus (collectivo) heading to 'Cercado de Ayacucho.' Board any minibus that indicates it goes in that direction. After approximately 5-7 minutes, ask the driver to drop you off at 28 de Julio street. Walk about 2 minutes towards number 262 to reach Arco del Triunfó.
