Cooking Class + Market Tour + City Walking Tour (Full Day).
The cooking class is a must!
Chef Ruth, was incredibly amazing! I learned how to make ceviche and that was the biggest wow, for me! I made other dishes and loved the natural, simple yet delicious flavors of the entire cooking experience. Being picked up from my hotel was great and that also included a drop off to the hotel or wherever I wanted (gracias Miguel). Silvana, was great at notifying me in advance the window when they would arrive to pick me up as this was a solo cooking class and she arrived a few minutes early and advised me to take my time but wanted to communicate that they were there. It was great! She took me to the market to see where the items were being picked up and I got to experience the entire market like a local. And she’s great at taking a milling photos! I absolutely enjoyed this tour and would certainly do it again. I loved the accommodations they made for the meals and drinks as I don’t drink alcohol. Be sure to check it out and enjoy.
