From the plaza, head south on Avenida José Balta for about 5 blocks until you reach the intersection with San José street. Turn left onto San José street. Continue walking straight for about 3 blocks. The Municipality of Chiclayo will be on your right at San José 893. It is a recognizable building, so you shouldn't miss it!

Walk straight for about 3 blocks, and you will find the Municipality of Chiclayo at San José 893 on your right.
