If you are in the Plaza de Armas, head north towards Calle del Medio. Walk along Calle del Medio until you reach Avenida El Sol. Turn left onto Avenida El Sol and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Calle Sta. Clara. Turn right onto Calle Sta. Clara, and the Arco de Santa Clara will be on your left side, just a short walk down the street.
