Public Transport (Bus)
From the main square (Plaza de Armas) in Cusco, walk to the nearby bus terminal located at Avenida 28 de Julio. Look for buses heading towards 'Sacsayhuamán' or 'Qenqo'. Board the bus and ask the driver to drop you off at the stop for Sacsayhuamán. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at Sacsayhuamán, you will likely need to walk the remaining distance to Sucsumarca. Follow the signs towards the Inca ruins and continue walking uphill for about 15 minutes until you reach the site.
Walking
If you prefer to walk from the Plaza de Armas, head northwest towards Avenida El Sol. Continue along this avenue until you reach the intersection with Avenida Tullumayo. Turn left onto Avenida Tullumayo and follow it until you reach the junction with Calle San Andrés. From here, continue straight uphill on Calle San Andrés towards Sacsayhuamán, which will take about 30-40 minutes. After reaching Sacsayhuamán, follow the path uphill for another 15 minutes to reach Sucsumarca.
Taxi (collective taxi)
Collective taxis can be found around the Plaza de Armas. Look for a taxi that is going towards Sacsayhuamán. Share the ride with other passengers to keep costs low. The journey will take about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at Sacsayhuamán, you will need to walk the remaining distance to Sucsumarca, which is approximately a 15-minute walk uphill following the signs.
