If you are starting from the Plaza de Armas, head east towards the Cathedral of Cusco. After you pass the Cathedral, continue on Calle del Sol until you reach the intersection with Avenida El Sol. Turn left onto Avenida El Sol. Walk straight until you reach the San Francisco Plaza. From there, take the right on Calle San Francisco and continue walking until you reach the intersection with C. Hatunrumiyoc. Turn left onto C. Hatunrumiyoc, and you will find the Twelve Angled Stone at number 480.

Hatunrumiyoc, and you will arrive at the Twelve Angled Stone located at C. Hatunrumiyoc 480.
