When you arrive at Guadalupe, ask the driver to drop you off at Km. 258, which is the closest stop to Dromedarius Ica.

You can take a taxi from any central location in Ica. Head to the nearest street where taxis are available (Av. Tacna is a good option). Negotiate the fare to Dromedarius Ica at Km. 258 on the Panamericana Sur. The ride will take around 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to specify that you want to go to 'Dromedarius Ica' or show them the address: Ctra. Panamericana Sur km. 258, Guadalupe.
