From the main square of Iquitos (Plaza de Armas), head west on Calle Putumayo towards Malecón Tarapacá. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Malecón Tarapacá, where you will see the river on your left. Turn right onto Malecón Tarapacá and walk along the waterfront.
