Walking
Start at the Plaza de Armas in Iquitos, which is a central point in the city. Head east on Calle Prospero towards Av. Putumayo. When you reach Av. Putumayo, turn left and walk until you reach Av. La Marina. Turn right onto Av. La Marina and continue walking. Tahuayo Lodge - Office will be located at Av. La Marina 100. It should take about 15-20 minutes on foot.

From your location in Iquitos, find a motorcycle taxi (known locally as 'moto-taxi'). Inform the driver that you want to go to Tahuayo Lodge - Office, located at Av. La Marina 100. The drivers are generally familiar with the area and can take you directly there. The ride should take around 5-10 minutes depending on traffic.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Iquitos. Start at the Plaza de Armas and head east on Calle Prospero until you reach Av. Putumayo.
