  • Car

    If you are traveling by car, start from the town of Lares. Head southwest on the main road towards Urubamba. After approximately 30 minutes, you will reach the town of Urubamba. Once in Urubamba, follow signs for Venaduchayoq. Continue on the road until you reach Venaduchayoq S/N. The Llama Pack Project is situated in the Sector Pumahuanca area. Look for the signs indicating the project, and you should find it on your left. Parking may be available nearby.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach Llama Pack Project via public transportation, take a minibus (known as 'combi') from Lares to Urubamba. These minibuses leave from the main square in Lares and the ride takes about 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive in Urubamba, get off at the main square. From there, you can take another combi or a taxi to Venaduchayoq S/N, Sector Pumahuanca. The taxi ride should take approximately 10-15 minutes. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand; it should be around 10-15 soles.
