Walking
If you are in the historic center of Lima, start at Plaza Mayor. From the Plaza Mayor, head southeast towards Jr. de la Unión. Walk along Jr. de la Unión until you reach the intersection with Av. Bolívar. Turn left on Av. Bolívar and continue walking. You will pass by the Plaza San Martín on your right. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Av. Abancay. At this point, keep walking straight and you will notice the signs for Rímac. Continue walking until you reach the bridge over the Rímac River. Cross the bridge and follow the road that leads you into Rímac. After crossing the bridge, take a right onto Jr. Atahualpa. Walk along Jr. Atahualpa, and you will find Alameda de los Descalzos at number 181 on your left.

Public Transportation (Bus)
If you prefer to take public transport, head to the nearest bus stop in the historic center of Lima. Take a bus that is heading towards Rímac; look for buses that have signs saying ‘Rímac’ or ‘Cercado de Lima’. Once you get on the bus, ask the driver to let you off at Jr. Atahualpa. After getting off, walk along Jr. Atahualpa, and Alameda de los Descalzos will be at number 181 on your left. Make sure to check the bus schedule and routes for the most current information.
