I just want to thank Álvaro again, who was an excellent guide; you can tell the passion he has for doing this. The tour extensively teaches the culture/gastronomic richness that this country has. The meals were excellent and taking a walk through this market allows you to learn even more about why Peruvian food is so authentic. I would do it a thousand times over!!
