From the center of Moquegua, head southwest on Av. Simón Bolívar towards Jr. San Martín. Continue straight for about 1.5 km. Turn right onto C. Moquegua. After about 500 meters, you will see the Museo Contisuyo on your left. Parking is available near the museum.

To reach Museo Contisuyo by public transport, take any local bus or taxi that heads towards 'Cercado Monumental de Moquegua.' Ask the driver to drop you off at 'C. Moquegua.' Once you get off, walk about 500 meters towards the museum, which will be on your left. The fare for the bus is typically around 1-2 soles.

If you are already in the downtown area of Moquegua, you can walk to Museo Contisuyo. Start from Plaza de Armas and walk southwest along Av. Simón Bolívar for about 1.5 kilometers. Once you reach C. Moquegua, turn right, and the museum will be about 500 meters ahead on your left. This is a pleasant walk through a local area.
