From the city center of Puno, head south on Avenida El Ejército. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Circunvalación. Take a left onto Avenida Circunvalación and follow it for about 5 kilometers. Look for signs pointing towards Mirador El Condor. The final approach will require a short drive on a dirt road, which is well-marked. There is no entrance fee, but make sure to park your car responsibly.

Public Transportation (Minibus)
From the main plaza in Puno, walk to the minibus terminal located near the Plaza de Armas. Look for minibuses headed towards the direction of 'Mirador' or 'Condor'. The fare is typically around 2-3 Peruvian Soles. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the closest drop-off point, you may need to walk about 15 minutes on a dirt path to reach the viewpoint. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest point to Mirador El Condor.

You can hire a taxi from anywhere in Puno. Agree on the fare before starting your journey; it should range from 20 to 40 Peruvian Soles depending on your location in the city. The taxi will take you directly to Mirador El Condor, which is approximately 7 kilometers from the city center. Confirm with the driver that they are familiar with the location, as some may not know it well. Ensure to arrange for a return trip, as taxis may not be readily available at the viewpoint.
