Car
If you are driving, start from the center of Puno. Head southeast on Av. El Sol (also known as Av. Manuel A. Odría) towards Jr. Independencia. Continue on Av. El Sol for about 1.5 kilometers. When you reach the intersection with Jr. Independencia, turn left. Continue on Jr. Independencia for about 300 meters, and you will find Arco Deustua on your right at the coordinates (-15.834589, -70.028967). There is usually parking available nearby, but be mindful of any parking restrictions.
Public Transportation (Minibus)
To reach Arco Deustua by minibus, go to the main bus terminal in Puno. Look for minibuses that head towards the 'Centro' or 'Urb Barrio Independencia'. The fare is typically around 1-2 soles. Get off at the stop closest to Jr. Independencia, which should be after about 10 minutes of travel. From there, walk along Jr. Independencia towards the southeast for about 300 meters, and you will find Arco Deustua on your right.
Taxi
Taking a taxi is a convenient option for reaching Arco Deustua. You can book a taxi through your hotel or hail one on the street. The fare from the city center should be around 7-12 soles, depending on the time of day. Simply tell the driver to take you to 'Arco Deustua' or provide the address: Jr. Independencia 415, Puno 21001. The driver will know the location.
