Car
From the center of Puno, head southwest on Av. Lima towards Av. El Sol. Continue straight on Av. El Sol for approximately 1.5 kilometers. Turn right onto Av. Costanera. Follow this road for about 2 kilometers until you see the signs for Faro Titicaca Puno. The landmark is located at coordinates 5X7M+VR7. Ensure you park in designated areas as street parking can be limited.
Public Transportation - Minibus
Take a minibus from the main square (Plaza de Armas) in Puno. Look for minibuses heading towards the 'Costanera' area, which are often marked with signs in the windows. The fare is typically around 1-2 soles. The journey will take approximately 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Get off when the driver indicates 'Faro Titicaca'. From there, it's a short walk to the landmark.
Taxi
For a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from any point in Puno. Negotiate the fare beforehand; it should cost around 10-20 soles depending on the distance. Provide the driver with the coordinates '5X7M+VR7, Puno 21001' or simply say 'Faro Titicaca'. The drive should take roughly 10 minutes from the city center.
