Getting There

  • Boat

    To reach Lago Titicaca from the center of Puno, head to the main port area, which is located along Av. Costanera. You can easily find signs directing you to the port, or ask locals for 'Puerto de Puno.' The boat rides to the floating islands, such as Los Uros, typically leave from this port. Look for ticket booths where you can purchase your tickets. The boats usually depart every hour, but it's wise to check the schedule upon arrival.
