If you are in the main square (Plaza de Armas) of Puno, start by facing the cathedral. From there, head east on Avenida Lima for about 150 meters until you reach Jr. Independencia. Turn left onto Jr. Independencia and continue walking straight for about 300 meters. Puno Tours will be on your right at Jr. Independencia 198, marked by a sign that says 'Puno Tours'.

From the main square (Plaza de Armas), walk to the nearest bus stop located on Avenida Lima, right by the square. Take any local bus that indicates 'Centro' or 'Jr. Independencia' as a destination. The ride will be short, about 5-10 minutes. Disembark at the stop closest to Jr. Independencia. Walk east for about 50 meters, and you will find Puno Tours at Jr. Independencia 198.
