From the Plaza, walk south on Calle Lima for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Jr. Ilave. Turn left onto Jr. Ilave and continue walking. Tour Puno is located at Jr. Ilave 271 - E, which should be on your right. The journey will take about 15 minutes in total from the Plaza.
