Turn left onto the Pan-American Highway heading north towards the border with Ecuador. After around 10 km, you will see signs for Santuario Nacional Manglares de Tumbes. Follow the signs and take the exit onto the access road leading to the sanctuary. There is free parking available at the entrance.
