If you are driving from the center of Tumbes, head south on Av. José de la Guerra. Continue on this road for approximately 5 km until you reach the junction with the Pan-American Highway (Carretera Panamericana). Turn left onto the Pan-American Highway heading north towards the border with Ecuador. After around 10 km, you will see signs for Santuario Nacional Manglares de Tumbes. Follow the signs and take the exit onto the access road leading to the sanctuary. There is free parking available at the entrance.
