From any point in Angeles City, find the nearest tricycle terminal. A well-known terminal is near the SM City Clark. Take a tricycle and ask the driver to take you to Bale Batu in Purok 6, Brgy. Arayat, Pampanga. The fare should be reasonable, around 50 to 100 pesos depending on your starting point. The driver will navigate through the main roads leading out of Angeles City and into Pampanga. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they know the location.
Jeepney

If you prefer a jeepney, head to the jeepney stop near the Angeles City Public Market. Look for a jeepney that goes to Arayat. Board the jeepney and pay the fare (around 20 pesos).
