From the center of Angeles City, head east on MacArthur Highway. Walk towards Lazatin Boulevard, which is approximately a 15-minute walk. Once you reach Lazatin Boulevard, turn right and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Clark Freeport Zone. This area is home to various local landmarks and is bustling with activity. Continue straight until you see the entrance to Clark Freeport. As you enter, follow signs towards Lily Hill, which is located within the Clark Freeport Zone. It will take approximately another 30 minutes to reach Lily Hill from this point on foot.

Start at a nearby jeepney terminal in Angeles City, such as the one near SM City Clark. Take a jeepney bound for 'Mabalacat' or 'Clark' and inform the driver you wish to get off at the Clark Freeport entrance. This ride should take around 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Clark Freeport entrance, you can either walk to Lily Hill, which is about a 25-minute walk, or look for a local tricycle which can take you directly to Lily Hill for a small fare.
