Walking
If you are starting from Burnham Park, head northwest on the park's main path towards the main road (Jose Abad Santos St). Once you reach the road, turn left and continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Magsaysay Avenue. Cross the road and continue walking straight; you will see the Baguio Cathedral on your right. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with Harrison Road. Turn right onto Harrison Road and continue until you see the entrance to Panagbenga Park on your left.

Public Transport (Jeepney)
From Session Road, find a jeepney terminal where you can catch a jeepney heading to 'Burnham Park' or 'Magsaysay'. Board the jeepney and tell the driver you are going to Panagbenga Park. After a few minutes, you will get off near the entrance of the park. Follow the signs leading to the park entrance.

If you are near the Baguio Convention Center, exit the center and head south towards the main road (Cecil Avenue). Turn left onto the road and walk straight until you reach the intersection at Magsaysay Avenue. Cross the road and continue straight; you will pass by the Baguio Cathedral. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with Harrison Road. Turn right, and you will find Panagbenga Park on your left side.
