Walking
From the Baguio City Proper, you can start by heading towards Session Road. Walk north along Session Road until you reach the intersection with Upper Session Road. Turn left onto Upper Session Road and continue walking uphill. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will see a sign for Mines View Park on your right. Follow the directional signs towards Mines View Observation Deck. The walk will take approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on your pace.
Jeepney
From the Baguio City Proper, go to the nearest jeepney terminal, which is usually located at the corner of Session Road and Magsaysay Avenue. Look for jeepneys that have 'Mines View' written on their signage. Board the jeepney, and the fare is approximately PHP 10-15. The jeepney will take you directly to Mines View Park. Once you arrive at the park, follow the signs to the Mines View Observation Deck, which is just a short walk away.
